2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Palate: Milk chocolate, ripe strawberries and fresh plum
Fun Fact: Every vintage, Brad and his father walk the whole Cabernet block to seek out and select the best two rows of fruit for this small batch wine.
2021 Nero d’Avola
McLaren Vale Nero d’Avola - wild fermented and barrel aged for 9 months
Tasting Notes: Bright fruited, fresh with a lingering, complex finish. A very pretty expression of the varietal.
McLaren Vale Tempranillo, Handpicked and gently destemmed, hand plunged for 7 days and pressed lightly into neutral oak.
Tasting Notes: Fruit forward with hints of Raspberry and Blueberry, followed by lingering complexity and length.
