The first vintage from our newly planted Vermentino block. Handpicked and left on skins for one day for mild texture and then pressed straight to neutral oak.
Tasting Notes: Racy, citrusy and bright. The one day on skin adds just a hint of texture to make this wine shine.
Fun Fact: Vermentino is a recent favourite of Kendra & Brads to make. It behaves very well in the vineyard, being disease free, drought and rain tolerant and very enjoyable to work with in the winery!
