Picked from Cameron family vineyards in McLaren Vale, then basket pressed and fermented in neutral oak. On lees for 4 months and stirred weekly to build length and structure.
Aromatics: Candied Peaches and guava
Palate: Ripe mandarin, savoury dry finish
Fun Fact: We wanted a more serious rosé that was full bodied and food friendly. We also wanted a wine that was a bit outside of the box, yet still approachable. We’re pretty sure that’s exactly what we achieved!
