Tea Tree Hill Wines

Tea Tree Hill is our small-batch range of wines, grown and made entirely from our vineyard on California Road in Tatachilla.
These wines don’t come around often — they’re rare, a bit wild, and beautifully individual.

We tend to five varieties here: Shiraz, Cabernet, Nero d’Avola, Vermentino, and Tempranillo.

Each year, after carefully nurturing the vineyard, we taste every wine from every block with care — selecting the barrels that best capture the character and quality of Tea Tree Hill.
It all depends on the season and what the vines decide to offer.

We only bottle Tea Tree Hill wines when a single barrel — a 225L or 300L — stands apart from the rest.
Every one is tasted, tested, and chosen by hand to make sure what’s released is something truly special.

Our vines are cared for the old-fashioned way — countless hours in the rows, every vine hand-pruned, hand shoot-thinned, and hand bunch-thinned — all for the sake of quality and character.
