Brad together with his father Derek walk the vines countless times a year identifying the best rows for this wine.
Eventually the rows are picked, and put into an open top fermented 100% whole bunch.
Wild fermented, hand plunged and aged in barrel for 13 months
Hand bottled under carbon negative cork, wax dipped and labelled with every bottle individually numbered by paint pen.
