Picked from Blewitt Springs and left on skins for three days to add texture and depth. Aged on lees in neutral oak for 4 months before bottled. Fresh, drinkable and complex expression of Viognier.
Aromatics: Ripe pear and orange blossom
Palate: Textural, honeysuckle and dried apricots
Fun Fact: Our Viognier got its name from Kendra’s late grandmother, Estelita or “Teli” for short. She was a force to be reckoned with and drove a 1980’s Corolla the same color as the wine!
